Museum Update

01/21 - Many CFRS members have been working hard over the past few days to revamp the CFRS museum. The largest and most noticeable additions were the 3 paintings of Good Will Fire co. engines.  Not seen in the picture below is an Ahrens Fox hanging just left of the shot.  The paintings seen below are a Seagrave on the left and a Mack on the right.  The 4 photos in the center are shots of the Cumberland Fire Co. at 121 E. Louther Street, the Good Will Fire Co. at 161 West Pomfret St., Empire Hook and Ladder at 38 West Pomfret St., and the Friendship Fire Co. at 636 North West St. all in the mid 1950's.  Please give us a few more weeks to complete the renovations, then stop in and enjoy the history of Carlisle Fire & Rescue Services!

Please make sure to use Engine 145 when referring to the former Engine 45 and Engine 245 when referring to the former Engine 40. All other units are self explanatory. While the designations have changed, the boxes have not. Responses may seem a bit strange for another week or two while changes are implemented. If you have any questions or concerns, please see a Chief Officer.
